For the Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the onion and garlic. Crack the egg into the mixture. Pour in soy sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix until combined.
