  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 2½ cups chopped apples, peeled and cored

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ pan.
