Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Additional:
- 2½ cups chopped apples, peeled and cored
