  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
  3. Mix Ricotta Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the chopped basil.
