  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Caramel Sauce:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter, stir in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; combine with wet ingredients.
