- 4 cups shredded chicken (I use rotisserie)
- 1 (12oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- seasoning to taste (garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)
For the Biscuit Topping:
- 1 (11.36oz) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14.5oz) can chicken broth (about 2 cups)
- 1 (10.5oz) can cream of chicken soup
- Preheat oven and prepare dish: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer ingredients: Melt butter in the dish. Layer chicken, frozen vegetables, and seasonings.
