For the Chicken:
- 4 chicken fillets (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Fries:
- 1 bag of fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)
- Prepare the Fries: Follow package instructions for frozen fries or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
