  • 4 chicken fillets (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

For the Fries:

  • 1 bag of fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fries: Follow package instructions for frozen fries or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
