Chicken:

Egg Mixture:
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

Coating:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons butter
