Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- ½ cup canola oil
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup zucchini, finely grated
- 1 cup banana, mashed
Additional Ingredients:
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8″ x 4″ loaf pan.
