  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (optional, to thin if needed)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Make the Crust Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the pan to create an even crust layer. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  2. Step 2: Make the Cinnamon Roll Layer In a bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread this cinnamon mixture over the cooled crust in the pan.
  3. Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream, blending until fully combined. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon roll layer.
