  • 1 cup sour cream

Swirl:

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients and sour cream: Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture.
  5. Layer batter: Layer the batter in the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then add the remaining batter and swirl gently.
