  • 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro

Sour Cream Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, and seasoned salt. Mix to create the sour cream dressing.
  3. Pour the sour cream dressing over the cucumber mixture. Gently toss to combine.
