  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

For Frying:

  • Vegetable oil

Cool Ranch Dip:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare mushrooms: In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, followed by the beaten eggs, and then coat it in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry mushrooms: Fry the mushrooms in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  4. Make Cool Ranch Dip: In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
