  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
