  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower, then cut it into medium-sized florets for even cooking.
  3. Season and Coat: In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add Crunch: Toss in the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (optional). Stir to coat the florets evenly.
