  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries: Cut off the stems, slice in half, trim the back, and hollow out the center.
  2. Whip Cream: Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Prepare Filling: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Combine: Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fill: Pipe cream cheese mixture onto each strawberry half.
  6. Finish: Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
