  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the parchment paper.
  2. Make Batter: Whisk together flour and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla. Fold in the flour mixture.
