Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1½ cups milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
