  • 0.25 cup Beef broth

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Cut Beef and Potatoes: Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Sear Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef until browned.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker: Place potatoes and seared beef in the slow cooker. Pour garlic butter sauce and beef broth over them.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
