- 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or broccoli
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
