  • 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas or broccoli
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl.
