Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Pie Dough

    Remove the refrigerated pie crusts from their packaging and allow them to come to room temperature. Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough.

  2. Step 2: Make the S’mores Filling

    Combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Step 3: Fill and Seal the Mini Pies

    Place filling on dough rounds, moisten edges with water, seal pies, and press with a fork.

  4. Step 4: Butter and Top the Pies

    Brush pies with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
