For the Wraps:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or garlic aioli

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Wraps – Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add cheese mixture to the skillet, cook until golden and crispy, then cool slightly. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture.
  2. Make the Chicken Filling – Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic, then add shredded chicken, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until chicken is heated through.
  3. Assemble the Wraps – Place chicken mixture in the center of each cheese wrap, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing. Roll or fold the wraps and serve.
