Dry Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp dried lavender buds
- 1/2 cup milk
