  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Freshly grated ginger
  • ½ Lemon, juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 small Apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 handful Baby spinach (¾ cup)
  • 12 leaves Spearmint (optional)

Liquids and Others

  • 100 ml Apple juice (½ cup or 1 deciliter)
  • 5 Ice cubes (plus extra for serving)

Instructions

  1. Peel and Prepare Ingredients: Peel and grate the fresh ginger. Peel the apple and remove its seeds to prepare for blending.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the banana, grated ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice, peeled apple, baby spinach, spearmint leaves (if using), apple juice, and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more apple juice to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses filled with ice cubes. Serve immediately to enjoy a fresh and invigorating drink.
