  • 2 chicken breasts

Potatoes:

  • 4 medium/large potatoes

Seasoning:

  • olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning (half a packet)

Additional:

  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Season Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook Potatoes: Air fry potatoes at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  4. Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. Cook Chicken: Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Once potatoes and chicken are cooked, add potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Stir to combine.
  7. Top and Melt: Add shredded mozzarella and pepperoncinis on top. Broil in the oven briefly to melt the cheese or cover and let sit on the stove until cheese is melted.
