Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine the frozen pitaya, banana, strawberries, mango, pineapple juice, and coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the frozen fruit is well incorporated without large chunks.
  2. Pour: Transfer the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami container, filling it up to the indicated fill line to avoid overflow during processing.
  3. Freeze: Place the container upright in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours to achieve the ideal texture.
  4. Mix: Insert the frozen container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Light Ice Cream setting to process the mixture into a creamy pitaya bowl.
  5. Add Milk: Using a butter knife, carefully create a small hole in the center of the processed pitaya mixture. Pour 1 tablespoon of milk or water into the hole to improve creaminess and texture.
  6. Respin: Return the container to the Ninja Creami and activate the Re-spin function to mix the added liquid thoroughly and perfect the consistency.
