    • In one bowl, place the flour.
    • In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the Dijon mustard.
    • In a third bowl, add the crushed pretzels.
  4. Bread Chicken:
    • Dip each chicken breast into the flour, covering it completely.
    • Next, dip it into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
