Instructions

  1. Make the Pancakes: Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and savory herbs (if using). Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Combine and Mix: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
