Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
- 8–12 Tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ Cup powdered sugar
Topping:
- 4 Hershey Chocolate Bars (4.4 ounce each)
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick butter spray.
- Make Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the pan evenly along the bottom and sides.
- Bake Crust: Bake for 5-8 minutes until the edges turn slightly golden. The crust will harden as it cools.
- Add Chocolate: Place Hershey bars on the crust to cover it entirely.
- Melt Chocolate: Bake for about 3 minutes until the chocolate begins to melt.
- Add Marshmallows: Top with mini marshmallows packed closely together.
- Broil: Switch the oven to broil and watch closely as the marshmallows brown, about 2 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares. For easier cutting, heat a knife under hot water.
Notes
- Be cautious when broiling the marshmallows to prevent burning.
- For clean cuts, heat the knife to slice through the sticky marshmallows.
