Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with whole milk and whisk until smooth. Add the soy sauce and black pepper and stir to combine well.
  2. Add green beans: Drain the green beans thoroughly and add them to the sauce mixture. Stir until the green beans are fully coated with the creamy sauce.
  3. Mix in crispy onions: Fold in ½ cup of the French’s crispy fried onions gently into the green bean mixture to distribute them evenly.
  4. Bake the casserole: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the green bean mixture into a casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir and add topping: Remove the casserole from the oven and stir to ensure even cooking. Then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of crispy fried onions evenly over the top.
