  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prep & Preheat

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
