- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) quick-cooking oatmeal
- 6 ounces (170 g) butterscotch chips (about 1 cup (240 ml))
- 1 cup (240 ml) confectioners’ sugar
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) milk
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with butter.
- Mix Butter and Sugars: In a bowl, blend butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup peanut butter until smooth using an electric mixer.
