This Watermelon Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious blend of fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, bananas, lime, vegan yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup. It’s the perfect way to cool down on a hot day!

Fresh Watermelon:

  • 1 1/2 cups

Frozen Strawberries:

  • 2 cups

Frozen Banana:

  • 2 bananas

Lime (juice and zest of half):

  • 1/2 lime

Vegan Yogurt:

  • 2 tbsp

Maple Syrup:

  • 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, making sure the watermelon is added first. Combine fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, lime juice and zest, vegan yogurt, and maple syrup in the blender.
  2. Cover the blender with a lid and blend on high, using a tamper to help push fruit towards the blade. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a glass or into a hollowed-out watermelon rind. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of this watermelon smoothie!
