  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
